1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Sonic Equalizer – Bass Booster application ("Application"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Sonic Equalizer HK Limited ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a company registered in Hong Kong at 18/F, Tower One, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

2. Description of Service

Sonic Equalizer – Bass Booster is an Android application that provides audio enhancement features including, but not limited to:

• Bass Boost and Volume Booster functionality
• 5-Band and 10-Band Equalizer
• 3D Stereo Virtualizer and Surround Sound effects
• Music visualizer, edge lighting, and customizable UI themes
• Notification bar and home screen widgets for quick access
• Preset EQ profiles for various music genres

The Application is available as a free download with optional in-app purchases and subscription plans that unlock premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application. If you are under the age of 18, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the Application and make any in-app purchases. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Create derivative works based on the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Knowingly transmit any data, send, or upload any material that contains viruses or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans (Pro, Lifetime) that provide access to premium features. The following terms apply to all purchases:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policies
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings
• Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated and may vary by region
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with advance notice provided

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sonic Equalizer HK Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonic Equalizer HK Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
• Any content obtained from the Application
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
